Stateline suspension.

Does anyone know if its possible and how difficult it would be to lower the rear of my Stateline about an inch. I'd like to close up the gap between the tire and fender without replacing suspension parts.

I think this might be just what you are looking for.

They also have fork extensions that would work for our bikes.

I found that site just after posting this furum. I am ordering the fork extensions and rear lowering spring with in the next couple weeks.
